Ash Loudon

Operations director

Ash is a highly experienced leader with a deep understanding of the digital landscape. He cut his teeth as a full-stack developer following a 20-year military career, going on to work for a range of clients including The Beatles and Adidas. He recently won the Digital Transformation award at the Marketing Week Masters for his SEO work, and joins us from HSBC where he worked within cybersecurity.

Anna Scott

Account Director

Anna’s career spans two decades in the brand and marketing world. Firstly, in top London agencies, managing brand identity projects, above the line campaigns and product development projects at Account Director level for Clients including; Britvic, The Daily Telegraph, Carphone Warehouse, Talk Talk and Heart FM. Finishing up at the Brand Invention arm of BBH London. Most recently she spent nine years in-house for interiors retail brand Susie Watson Designs, as Marketing Manager, focussing on Press, PR, Direct Mail and helping shape the overall brand and marketing strategy at Senior Leadership level.

Mitch Larkin-Nelson

Senior designer

Mitch is a Senior Graphic Designer with over 10 years agency experience. Originally starting his career as a freelance contractor, he has had the opportunity to lead exciting creative projects with brands such as Google, Disney and Honda. As well as being a Graphic designer, Mitch also specialises in photography and was shortlisted for “Landscape Photographer of the Year 2021”.

Emma van Gijn

Founder

Emma led the marketing for a number of top travel operators in the UK, as well as managing camps in Botswana, before setting up Silverless with Niels, where her knowledge of marketing and styling is central to our holistic approach to building brands for clients.

Louisa Fitch

Creative director

An internationally acclaimed Creative Director / Producer with over 20 years experience in delivering global commercials, digital and motion design across multiple industries including tech, retail and sports. Originally trained as a Sculptor and with a Masters in Animation – Louisa is highly skilled in the creation and production of Motion and Film content, Online and Print Graphics, Branding, Identity and Typography. Last year Louisa was awarded a first class Masters in Arts, Culture and Enterprise at Central St. Martin’s, one of the world’s top arts universities.

Tim Forster

Senior developer

Tim started coding in 1979, developing his skills over several years to serious coding in 1997. Tim has worked for several large companies such as Eidos, Post Office, Honda, Heineken and several businesses in the Healthcare and Financial sector.

Although Tim is a full-stack developer, proficient in many programming languages, he has a penchant for the behind the scenes database and logic side of things, he enjoys nothing more than a bit of logic-path work/problem solving!

Niels van Gijn

Founder

Niels grew up in Africa and Asia where he gained an abiding passion for travel and exploration.

After starting his career in graphic design and typography, Niels took a career break to manage luxury safari camps in Botswana’s Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. The startlingly wild Kalahari desert inspired him to develop his photographic skills and provided a rich vein of subject matter. He and his wife, Emma, spent 6 months driving overland from Cape Town back to the UK, photographing each of the 23 countries that they passed through, before setting up Silverless on their return.

Andy has over 30 years experience in the print and agency environments, he has an exceptional eye for the details that matter whether in print or pixel. Andy has worked with big and small brands alike, in both the B2B and B2C sectors across the hotel and leisure, medical, retail, technology and financial sectors. He also has extensive experience working with International clients on multi-language content.

James is an award-winning journalist, photographer and videographer. He’s a regular contributor to industry-leading magazines like Digital Camera and Amateur Photographer, and creates content for clients including Canon and the National Trust.
