How THWHITE Boosted Recruitment with a Smart Content Strategy
When THWHITE needed to attract more — and better — job applicants, they turned to us for a creative content campaign that would make people stop scrolling and start applying.
The Challenge
THWHITE wanted video content that could do double duty:
- A long form Showcase film for career fairs
- Short, engaging clips for social media
But first, we needed to understand what what sets THWHITE apart as an employer.
Our Approach
We immersed ourselves in their culture — visiting depots, talking to employees, and getting to know their values and the type of people they wanted to hire. From this, the campaign “TH WHY?” was born.
The Big Idea: TH WHY?
We put the spotlight on real people — employees telling their own stories. Using dynamic editing and fast-paced After Effects, each video showed career journeys from the start, busting myths about the industry and showcasing what makes THWHITE a great place to work.
Making Recruitment Easier
We also recommended a dedicated careers portal to house the films and keep the application process simple. To amplify reach, our sister agency Talking Stick ran a PPC and Paid Social campaign.
The Results
