Silverless is a UK and Kenya-based design studio.

Silverless has spent over a decade building completely unique websites for clients across a multitude of industries, from travel to retail, finance to pharma. During this time, not only have we developed a reputation for outstandingly individual websites, but also for meticulous web development and the robust support systems that underpin all our work.

In 2024 we decided to offer pre-built sites for businesses who do not have the need or the budget for a completely bespoke website.

These sites benefit from the same solid build and responsive support that all of our sites enjoy, but at a fraction of the cost of a custom build. Simply choose a template that most matches your requirements from the selection below, and we can change the colours, typeface and add your logo, making it your own.

We've worked with Niels and his team on digital and tradition design work across our website, brochures and other material. They've always taken the time to really understand what we've wanted, speeding up the process for us and ensuring the results are achieved more quickly - saving time and money. Where are you based?

Answer

Our studio is based in Marlborough, Wiltshire, although the founders Niels and Emma van Gijn currently live in Gilgil, Kenya, with their children.

Do you provide consultation services?

Answer

Yes. With two decades experience in the industry, we have plenty of advice to offer. We offer structured web audits, digital marketing audits, and brand audits, but can also provide specific consultation on other areas if required.

Do you offer support for websites?

Answer

Yes. We provide monthly maintenance contracts, where we keep an overview of websites that we host, and make sure that they are secure, performant, and all plugins up to date.

Can you maintain my existing website?

Answer

Usually. Our websites are built bespoke around the WordPress CMS, so as long as your website is a WordPress website (the vast majority of sites are), we are comfortable taking over the maintenance and hosting of your site.

Can you manage print and delivery?

Answer

Yes. We have a long history working in the print industry, and we are very comfortable to provide print management services, helping our clients navigate the myriad options available for print finishes and environmental considerations.

Are you expensive?

Answer

We think we’re very good value! Whilst we do not charge London agency rates, we are nevertheless a UK-based studio, with a team of full-time designers and web developers. Our size and experience means that our processes and systems streamline our projects, whilst our range of in-house skills keeps things cohesive and economical. Our team is big enough to provide support throughout the year, and for years to come.
