Designing a Technical Website That Still Feels Human: T-Squared

We were introduced to T-Squared through our friends at Talking Stick, who we often team up with on shared projects. While they handle digital marketing, we focus on the design and development side of things.

T-Squared offers a highly technical service, spanning multiple industry sectors — and this project was all about turning complex information into something clear, engaging, and user-friendly.

Getting under the skin of a technical business

Although this was a new domain for us, our experience working with engineering and manufacturing brands meant we were comfortable diving in. We spent time understanding T-Squared’s offering and what their customers actually needed to know.

Unlike some projects, content was front and centre from the start — so we worked closely with the client to structure it in a way that made sense for users.

A focus on case studies and UX

Case studies were key. We made them a central part of the site — building a custom post type and tagging system that allows stories to be reused and surfaced throughout the user journey.

Working with a existing visual branding

T-Squared came to us with a strong visual identity already in place. That gave us the chance to focus more on content hierarchy, navigation, and user flow — making sure the site didn’t just look the part, but worked hard behind the scenes too.
