T-Squared was introduced to us by our sister agency, Talking Stick, who specialises in digital marketing. We often collaborate with Talking Stick on shared client projects—our team handles design and development, while they focus on SEO and advertising.
T-Squared offers a highly technical service across multiple industry sectors. While this was a relatively new domain for us, our previous experience working with manufacturing and engineering businesses gave us the confidence to immerse ourselves in their operations. This allowed us to gain a deep understanding of what they needed to communicate through their website.
Unlike some projects, content delivery was a core part of this brief. This meant we had to quickly get up to speed and become well-versed in T-Squared’s offering in order to communicate it effectively.
Case studies were a key feature for the client, so much of the work in the wireframing stage focused on user experience—specifically, how to guide visitors through the site and towards these project stories. We built case studies as a custom post type, allowing them to be tagged to different sectors and reused across the site. This ensures they remain highly visible and contextually relevant to users throughout their journey.
While we often contribute to branding as part of a project, T-Squared came to us with a clearly defined brand style. While this gave us less creative freedom in terms of visual design, it allowed us to concentrate on content mapping and structuring information. Our goal was to ensure the existing brand look and feel could deliver the right message at the right time, as clearly and simply as possible.
