A Case Study on Strategic Content Creation
THWHITE, a leading engineering services company, partnered with our Silverless team to enhance their recruitment efforts by creating compelling film content. Their goal was to attract a higher volume and quality of applicants across various divisions. The content needed to serve dual purposes: a long-form showcase at career fairs and short, punchy clips for a social media campaign.
To craft an effective response, we first immersed ourselves in THWHITE’s culture. We visited two depots and conducted interviews across different levels of the business. This deep dive allowed us to understand the company’s values, work environment, and the ideal candidate profile.
With the insights gathered, we developed the campaign “TH WHY?”—featuring advocates from different target audiences sharing their personal career stories. Each narrtive was shot using dynamic editing and fast paced after effects, telling their individual stories from the beginning. This approach not only highlighted the benefits of working at THWHITE but also dispelled common misconceptions about the industry and culture.
During the process we suggested creating a dedicated career portal to house these films, simplifying the recruitment process and making it more conversational. Our sister agency, Talking Stick, supported with a strategic PPC and paid social campaign. The results? Over 355k Google ad impressions, 561k video views on Meta platforms, and a significant boost in website traffic, leading to 168 application submissions in just three months.
